How we work
Before any decision is made, we examine location, market, subsoil and planning law. The result is a solid basis for your investment.
Together with architects, we condense use, building volume and figures into a viable preliminary design that is economically sound and architecturally convincing.
We establish the legal basis and steer coordination with all authorities, in a structured way through to the building permit.
We tender services, negotiate contracts and coordinate all trades. Cost, schedule and quality stay under control at all times.
We supervise construction through to completion, assure quality and support acceptance and marketing.

Goldt Concept is led by Nikolas Thomas Mangoldt, an experienced project developer with a sound education and more than ten years of practical experience in the real estate industry.
Under his leadership, the company realises diverse projects: from luxurious apartments and modern student housing to residential developments with more than 400 units. Each one is supported across all project phases.
